Interior Community Hub

The Interior Community Hub is an online space for people in the Interior region of British Columbia who are living with epilepsy or supporting someone who is. It offers a warm, welcoming place to connect with others, share experiences, and learn from a community that understands epilepsy. Members can access clear, reliable information on seizure management, mental health, daily living strategies, and regional supports. The goal of the hub is to help individuals and families feel supported, informed, and less alone.
