How this plan was created

Built through listening and reflection

ESEBC’s strategic planning process included anonymous electronic surveys and facilitated sessions with staff, Board members, clients, and community stakeholders. Together, we reviewed strengths and weaknesses, and considered internal and external opportunities and threats.

This planning process was facilitated by Pany Aghili of PossibilitiesUnlimited.ca. The result is a clear set of priorities that guide our work through 2027.
